Residents of Kanhai road north, Barrackpore are calling on the Environmental Management Authority to investigate a possible chemical leak in their community. <br /> <br />They claim a private waste disposal company is responsible for the streaks of oil and pungent chemical they see and smell in a nearby river. <br /> <br />They told reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh today children have fallen ill while animals are dying.
