'On September 14, 2021, Southern France was hit by heavy rain and severe floods. <br /><br />This video, filmed by Denys Quesada in Nîmes, Occitanie, shows the distressing view from Campanile hotel with multiple cars submerged in floodwater. <br /><br />The filmer said: "I was on a work trip to Nimes. The thunderstorm started at 8:30 AM, followed by torrential rainfall at 9:00 AM.
