If you need to go to to toilet, there is one at Seringat island’s pier, which is about 5-min walk away.<br /><br />"CAMPING" is allowed in St. John's Island as well as in Lazarus Island but as far as i know, you might need to apply for a permit to camp at St John’s Island.
