Ingredients:<br /><br />1 Tea Spoon <br />Kasuri Methi<br />Red Kashmiri <br />Chilly Paste <br />2 Tea Spoon<br />1 TableSpoon Ginger <br />Garlic Paste<br />Salt To Taste<br /><br />1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder<br /><br />1 Teaspoon Cumin Power<br /><br />1&1/2 Tea Spoon <br />Coriander Powder<br /><br />1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder<br /><br />2&1/2 Table Spoon Pav-Bhaji<br />Masala<br /><br />3 Tomatoes<br />Chopped Corriander<br />and <br />Corriander Stem's <br />(Dhaniya)<br />2 Onion's<br />Boiled and Mashed <br />1 CUP Pease and 2 small Carrots<br />4 Boiled Potatoes -- To Be Mashed<br />2 Cheese Cubes<br />Chopped Corriander<br />and <br />Corriander Stem's <br />(Dhaniya)<br /><br />Method:<br />Add 1&1/2 Tbsp Oil<br />1 Tbsp Butter<br />Chop the Onions and cook in Oil and Butter<br />Add Chopped Capcicum and saute for a Minute<br />Add Ginger Garlic<br />Paste and cook<br />Add Tomato and Cook For 1 Minute<br />Add Coriander stem and cook till Tomatoes are mashed<br />Add Chilli Paste<br />Add all spices and saute till oil and Butter are seprated<br />Add Kasuri Methi<br />and <br />1 Tbsp Butter<br />Cook Spices and <br />Add Water One Cup Water<br />Add Mashed Peas and Mashed Potatoes (Boiled Potatoes Mashed)<br />Cook and add one more Cup of Water and cook well<br />Add Two Cups Water<br />Use Masher to mash it finely and add Cheese<br />Continue Cooking for another <br />2 Minutes and keep Messhing<br />Add Coriander to Garnish<br />Make Paste of Pav Bhahi Masala 1 Tea Spoon, Butter and Chopped Coriander<br /><br />Apply on Pav and Toast on Tawa/Pan<br />Server with Plain, Butter or Masala Pav<br />
