Police have initiated an investigation into a Toyota Alphard belonging to a deputy minister after a video surfaced yesterday allegedly showing the vehicle breaking traffic rules.<br /><br />Kelantan Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief <br />Suhaimi Jusoh confirmed that a police report was lodged over the incident.<br /><br />He said the case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
