AS it stands the legal dispute between suspended Acting Police Commissioner Gary Griffith and the Police Service Commission is still very much alive and is set to proceed in court. <br /> <br />This comes in spite of an out of court agreement made last week between the parties over the Commission’s directive to Griffith earlier this month that he should not return to duty until further notice. <br /> <br />Urvashi Tiwari Roopnarine narrates this story with reporting by Rickie Ramdass of the Trinidad Express.
