Terengganu Amanah Youth shared a video on its Facebook page yesterday showing empty beer bottles scattered around the state's iconic 'Miami Beach'.<br /><br />Terenganu Amanah Youth vice-chief Zamir Ghazali said 'Oktoberfest' appeared to have come early in the state and urged the state government to act immediately.
