'An appalling two-car collision took place at a busy intersection in Long Island City, NYC. <br /><br />Footage captured on Parvez Jamal's car's dashcam shows the said incident happening at 12:42 PM on July 12, 2018. <br /><br />"This accident took place at the intersection of 35th street and Bradley Avenue," Parvez stated. "This intersection is a junction of two one-way streets.
