PACQUIAO LEADS FILING OF COCS FOR 2022 ELECTIONS<br /><br />Sen. Emmanuel 'Manny' Pacquiao leads the filing of certificates of candidacy (CoCs) for aspirants in the 2022 national and local elections at the Comelec hub that had been set up at Harbor Garden Tent of the Sofitel Hotel in Pasay City on Oct. 1, 2021. One Daniel Magtira, declared a nuisance candidate by the Comelec in 2019, tried to file his CoC for president but was barred from the premises and was asked to download his application online instead. Magtira promised to marry actress-host Kris Aquino if he wins the presidency. Antique Rep. Loren Legarda, Sen.
