SA tightens Victoria border bubble after positive COVID case

South Australia's cross-border bubble with Victoria has been tightened after a Mount Gambier woman contracted Covid-19. She'd been visiting family in regional Victoria within the 70-kilometre zone and got tested when she returned home on Friday.
