After talks with protesting farmers, the Uttar Pradesh government agreed to give Rs 45 lakh and a job to families of the four farmers who were killed during violence at Lakhimpur Kheri on Sunday. The injured will be provided aid of Rs 10 lakh each. <br />UP Police ADG (Law Order) Prashant Kumar said an FIR will be registered based on the farmers' complaint and a retired high court judge will probe the matter.
