As the festival season approaches, final preparations for Durga Puja and Navratri are in full swing in Bhubaneswar. <br /><br />Before the sale of idols, artists put finishing touches on them.<br /><br />“As per the government guidelines, we have built idols of less than four feet. Earlier,the Durga idols used to sell at around Rs 30-50 thousand but due to the less size, the amount has been cut to Rs 10-15 thousand,” said Arun Kumar, an artisan.<br /><br />
