Uttar Pradesh government officials have said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi would not be allowed to move out of the Lucknow airport as per the order by the government. <br /> <br />Lucknow Police Commissioner DK Thakur said the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police of Sitapur have submitted a written request to stop Rahul Gandhi at Lucknow airport.
