'Uplifting footage has surfaced from Jupiter, Florida, which shows an adorable baby with down syndrome waving at his fans. <br /><br />Stellan Thomas, the biracial baby boy shown here, was about 1.5 weeks old when this video was taken back in December 2020. <br /><br />"Stellan had a premature birth and was born 4 weeks earlier than expected," the filmer, Kasey Thomas told us. "He had a surprise birth diagnosis of Down Syndrome, also known as Trisomy21. He was in the NICU for 4 weeks.
