The Health department says the downward trend in COVID-19 cases is no longer artificial, citing the decrease in positivity and hospitalization rates.<br /><br />But it notes that the Cordilleras, Ilocos, and Cagayan Valley remain at high-risk and that cases in Bicol, MIMAROPA, and the Zamboanga Peninsula are increasing.<br /><br />Meanwhile, the Food and Drug Administration says there's still no need for booster shots for now citing data on breakthrough infections.<br /><br />Carolyn Bonquin tells us more. bit.ly/3lkgJz4
