This edit contains graphic content. <br /><br />A car bomb targeting the governor's convoy shook the Yemeni city of Aden on Sunday (October 10).<br /><br />Several people were killed and injured in the attack, according to security and military sources.<br /><br />Governor Ahmed Lamlas and agriculture minister Salem al-Suqatri survived what the state news agency called a "terrorist assassination attempt".<br /><br />Both are members of a southern separatist group, known as the Southern Transitional Council.<br /><br />Source: Reuters
