Residents of Barrackpore and environs say they have reached their breaking point with the government, and staged at least five fiery roadblocks on Monday morning. <br /> <br />No one could get in or out of the area from as early as 5:15am. <br /> <br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was on location this morning when residents called on the authorities to hear their plights, or see a repeat of their actions.
