Parliament to allocate enough resources to the IEBC to discharge its mandate - DP Ruto

Deputy President William Ruto has asked Parliament to allocate enough resources to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to adequately conduct the voter registration exercise.
