Bhutan and China reportedly signed an MoU on "the three-step roadmap for expediting the Bhutan-China boundary negotiations.”<br /><br />Speaking on it, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi on October 14 said, “We have noted the development. We are aware that they have been holding boundary negotiations.”
