The reluctance of larger numbers of shearers to get vaccinated is creating huge headaches for the wool industry. Shearers are considered essential workers in Victoria, which means they must have had their first COVID-19 vaccine doses by today, but the mandate has angered many who would sooner move interstate than comply.
