<br /><br />There was a development overnight with regard to the one aspect of the High Court Judge's ruling yesterday which invalidated two Acting Police Commissioner appointments.<br /><br />And the ruling may have averted an appeal by the Attorney General's Office with regard to the Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioner of Police Selection Process Order, 2021 .<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports
