An encounter has broken out between the security forces and terrorists in Drangbal area of Pampore in Pulwama district, according to the Jammu and Kashmir Police. <br />LeT commander Umar Mustaq Khandey, who is among the top 10 targets of J K police, is reportedly trapped in the Pamore encounter.
