Slamming the NCB over the ongoing Mumbai cruise drugs case, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray said there was an effort to create an impression that the state has become a hub of narcotics. Speaking at his party Shiv Sena's annual Dussehra rally at Shanmukhanand in Mumbai, Uddhav Thackeray accused the NCB of deliberately going after celebrities for "publicity".
