After India achieved the milestone of administering 100 crores Covid-19 vaccine doses on October 21, NITI Aayog Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Amitabh Kant said that India was able to avoid the possible third wave because of the vaccination drive.<br /><br />“Seeing scale and size we have achieved it in less time. It's a result of our collective effort. Out of 100 crore vaccination doses, 30-35 crore are double doses-more than the population of countries like Indonesia,” he said.
