The historic extraordinary sitting of the House of Representatives was certainly one for the history books, but the Opposition claims those books will show that they registered their vote for a motion for tribunal to be established to investigate the President, in protest of Speaker's guidelines that the matter was not the subject of a debate.<br /><br />And that was not their only complaint as the Speaker did not budge on her guidelines for the motion which was defeated.<br /><br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
