Easy low carb keto recipe Chiken brest with Avocado, tomato and lettuce<br /><br />Ingredients <br /><br />1 tsp olive oil<br />1 tsp lemon juice<br />¼ green bell pepper<br />4 oz chicken breast cut into strips<br />1/3 cup Romaine lettuce<br />1/2 cup avocado<br />3 cherry tomatoes<br />salt and pepper<br /><br />Preparation<br /><br />Add oil to a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink for 4 minutes, add lemon juice green peppers, salt and pepper, stir everything and cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until peppers are tender.
