Unhappy traders along a city centre street in Bristol say business is being damaged and the area has become a ‘ghost town’ due to traffic restrictions made permanent by the city council in the summer.<br /><br />Bosses at RSR Men’s Hair, Sandwich Sandwich and Central Studio on Baldwin Street claim they were ‘never consulted or even notified’ about the move, which saw a bus gates installed on Bristol Bridge and at both ends of the road. <br />
