'A talented baker from Noida, India baked and decorated a REALISTIC Nike Air Jordan cake on July 10, 2021. <br /><br />She can be seen coating the tasty delight in a special chocolate ganache frosting before adding the shoe details using fondant.<br /><br />"5 months into the cake business, a client asked me to make a Nike Air Jordan cake for their best friend's birthday," the baker and filmer, Kshitija Mittal wrote. "At first, I was so scared and asked my client to choose a simpler design because I thought I wouldn't be able to make it. But, my super sweet customer motivated me enough to give it a shot."<br /><br />Kshitija revealed that she started off by doing some research to get an idea of how to design such a cake. <br /><br />"Eventually, I mustered up the courage and completed making the Air Jordan shoe cake.
