Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Nancy Shukri said international borders may be reopened nationwide by early December, depending on the situation of the international tourism travel bubble pilot project in Langkawi.<br /><br />The minister said the situation in Langkawi needs to be observed first before the international borders can be reopened.<br /><br />“We had placed a three-month (evaluation period for Langkawi). I do not think it will take three months, I think we can reopen earlier than that."
