With the lifting of liquor ban in Davao City, Bahalina maker Hedu Arcay says his sales have started picking up again. According to Arcay, the 10-month liquor ban has further fermented his stash of bahalina. <br /> <br />The Bahalina, which is also made of coconut wine or tuba, is best consumed when it has aged for at least six months.
