'Gladsome footage of a girl getting proposed to by her boyfriend on her birthday. <br /><br />This incredible video, filmed on October 2, 2021, shows Victoria Waller's partner surprising her by finally popping the question in front of both of their family members. <br /><br />"It was just supposed to be a fun day on a yacht with my friends celebrating my birthday but when we connected with the second yacht (which, from my knowledge, was only supposed to have my then-boyfriend's friends and brothers on it) and after the photographer finished taking pictures of us at the front of the boat, I turned around to see not just my friends but my whole family from Maryland + his family," Victoria wrote. <br /><br />She added: "After I saw both of our families, I thought they were there to surprise me for my big 30th.
