Perikatan Nasional (PN) election director Azmin Ali said people will judge those who have refused to cooperate with Bersatu in the Malacca state election.<br /><br />Several Umno divisions in Malacca have ruled out any form of cooperation between Umno and Bersatu in the state polls.
