The Prime Minister says that beyond the rhetoric and pledges, every country needs to be serious about urgent action to address climate change in this decade. <br /><br /> <br /><br />Dr. Keith Rowley spoke on the matter in Glasgow today where he attended a two-day summit on the issue. <br /><br /> <br /><br />And during the summit, Trinidad and Tobago endorsed a plan to harness the untapped potential of the Sun. <br /><br /> <br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
