As wearing of face shields is now optional in Davao City, some residents are apparently cautious as they continue to use face shields in even in public places. <br /><br />The City Government of Davao issued the new policy on Nov. 2 stating that wearing of face shields will be voluntary even in closed or confined spaces, PUVs and public places.
