President Ram Nath Kovind confers Padma Awards at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Around 119 people were honoured with Padma Shri Awards at Monday's ceremony in Delhi at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. They were presented with the awards by President Ram Nath Kovind.
