Khalid Samad (Harapan-Shah Alam) has slammed the federal government for pushing race and religious rhetoric instead of focusing on good governance.<br /><br />“How many Malays have moved from Selangor to Kelantan or Terengganu for apparently being so Islamic? Or moving to Malacca or Johor which are under Umno’s control?<br /><br />“If there are more of them moving away from those states to Selangor than those moving from Selangor to those states, I rest my case,” he said during the debate on Budget 2022 in Parliament today.
