The Prime Minister says, a new anti-viral drug to treat mild-to-moderate COVID-19 won't be approved for use in T&T, until it's approved by the World Health Organisation. <br /> <br />The drug has been approved by the relevant authority, in the United Kingdom. <br /> <br />However, Dr Rowley says, it appears the drug "may have some potential." <br /> <br />And, with anticipation that the W.H.O approval is forthcoming the Health Ministry is already negotiating with manufacturers and/or suppliers. <br /> <br />Juhel Browne reports.
