A father in Illinois used his viral video as an opportunity to help kids across the United States. [Derrick Bower's](https://www.tiktok.com/@dhbowzer_retro_cafe) tears of joy gained millions of views after he was given a $40 gift card to buy food for his kids. Donations started pouring in to help him buy more, but he didn't need it.<br /><br />Instead, the money is going to help buy Nintendo Switch game systems for kids living in the foster care system. In addition, he started [Bowzers Book Club](https://www.tiktok.com/@bowzersbookclub), a program where kids in the US can send him postcards, he'll read them aloud on TikTok and send them a free book in the mail!
