'What appears to be a city on a river actually represents the distressing state of Langley, BC following record-breaking rainfall and flooding. <br /><br />Footage taken by Anthony Gwillim while driving down a street in Langley shows houses and trees partially consumed by floodwaters. <br /><br />"BC storm is getting out of control as people's homes are taking substantial damage," Anthony commented.
