Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha welcomed the government’s move to repeal the three farms laws as a victory for farmers. He also reproached the Centre for the delayed withdrawal of the contentious laws and said had the decision been taken sooner, many lives would have been saved.
