In July, the service was suspended due to shortage of HGV drivers.<br /><br />Now both councils have agreed to do a one off collection this week as rubbish piles up.<br /><br />But despite this, residents say it goes nowhere near close to sorting the problem and they'll be back to square one before they know it.
