A mum from Margate is calling for tougher sentences for the owners of dogs who kill other people's pets. <br /><br />Stacie Goddard's 16 year old therapy cat was killed by two huskies and says her young daughter hasn't been the same since it happened. <br /><br />Charities are echoing the message, saying the wellbeing of cats needs to be taken more seriously.
