Rail campaigners say they're fearful a government takeover of Southeastern will drastically worsen the quality of the rail service here in Kent.<br /><br />The takeover comes following allegations the train company failed to pay the government £25m of historic payments.<br /><br />While they insist it shouldn't affect day to day running, commuters are fearing what lies ahead further down the line.
