Residents in Tonbridge and Malling say they're furious after being left with overflowing recycling bins as collections have been delayed for three weeks. <br /><br />Urbaser, who are contracted to carry out the work say a shortage of drivers is to blame, with the local council suspending services to help with backlog.<br /><br />However MP for the area Tom Tugenhadt has slammed the handling of it, saying it's a disgrace.
