An art festival is launching today exploring the rich history of Chatham.<br /><br />The Ebb and Flow Festival explores the past, present and future of an often overlooked part of the Medway Towns with various artworks.<br /><br />The Mess Room's been hosting workshops for people with disabilities who's work will be displayed proudly on the high streets.
