The Chair of the Kent NFU says despite reaching a Brexit deal, many farms may not be able to secure workers in time for the picking season. <br /><br />Before Christmas, the government extended its pilot scheme giving out thousands of visas for people to work on farms, but bosses say this isn't enough.
