A damning inspection into a Kent hospital has found its staff failing to protect patients from COVID-19.<br /><br />Care Quality Commission Inspectors gave the William Harvey in Ashford, which has recorded the most coronavirus deaths in the country, the worst rating it can possibly achieve for patient safety.<br /><br />Campaigners fear lives could've been put at risk because of their actions.
