After suffering huge backlogs for months, mechanics say they've seen a surge in cancellations of MOTs because of the second lockdown - raising fears there's thousands of unroadworthy cars in the county.<br /><br />One garage in Chatham says drivers aren't turning up to the tests because they believe they're not allowed to.<br /><br />They're now urging motorists to get booked in or face putting their lives at risk at the wheel because their cars aren't safe.
