A man who strangled his partner to death at their home in Gillingham will begin a life sentence.<br /><br />Benjamin Bowler was high on drugs when he murdered his girlfriend Kelly Price after an argument back in January.<br /><br />The judge locked him up for a minimum of 17 years.
