£12m tunnel plans linking Bluewater to Ebbsfleet Garden City given the green light

The underpass which will cut through the nearby cliff will be used by busses, cyclists and pedestrians. <br /><br />But there are still concerns over the safety of the project. It was approved by KCC members earlier today.
